Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting Base 51. Your generosity helps us continue to provide life changing services young people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Please note that as a charitable organisation, we are unable to offer refunds on any donations, purchases, or tickets. All funds raised are vital to our programmes and services. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for our events are non-refundable. However, they are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us in advance if you cannot attend or want to transfer your ticket: fundraising@base51.org.uk.

Different events welcome different ages, please check the event page to see the ages permitted.

Merchandise

We will exchange items if an item is damaged or faulty. Please contact fundraising@base51.org.uk with  photo of the faulty item.
